Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Vida & Hope Counseling PLLC. Next step: within 24 hours after you have booked your appointment you will be contacted by our therapist Irma Romero from 775-386-2778. Your appointment secures a time slot, however we need to verify your insurance, communicate your session cost to you, and have you complete consents prior to your appointment. If these are not completed we will need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment at 775-386-2778.
